01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website, submitting a quote request, communicating with us, or booking services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or request services through it.

02Services and quotes

Mr. Clark's Services LLC provides landscaping, lawn care, pressure washing, and minor handyman work in the Tri-County Area of South Carolina. Quotes are based on the information available at the time of review and may be adjusted if the property condition, project scope, access requirements, materials, or customer requests materially differ from what was described.

• A quote is not a binding reservation until the service date and scope are confirmed.
• Requests for additional work may require a revised quote or a separate booking.
• Some work may be declined if it falls outside our service scope, requires a licensed trade, or presents a safety concern.

03Scheduling, cancellations, and property access

Service dates and arrival windows are coordinated in good faith and may change because of weather, safety conditions, equipment issues, material availability, or other reasonable operational needs. Please provide safe access to the agreed work areas and notify us in advance of gates, pets, irrigation systems, fragile items, or any condition that may affect the work.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. A late cancellation or an inaccessible property may require a rescheduling fee or a new service date when reasonable under the circumstances.

04Payment

Payment terms, accepted payment methods, deposit requirements, and any applicable late fees will be communicated before work begins or at the time of booking. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when the service is completed. We currently accept Cash App, Venmo, and Apple Pay, subject to the payment method's own terms and availability.

05Customer and property responsibilities

You represent that you have authority to request the service for the property and that the work areas are reasonably safe and accessible. Please remove or identify valuables, loose decorations, hazardous materials, and items that could be damaged by routine service activity. You are responsible for obtaining any required permission from a property owner, homeowners association, tenant, or other third party before work begins.

06Service limitations and liability

We perform services with reasonable care, but outdoor and maintenance work can involve conditions beyond anyone's control, including weather, pre-existing damage, hidden defects, aging materials, surface deterioration, and plant health. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mr. Clark's Services LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

07Website and communications

The website is provided for general information and service inquiries. We may use the contact information you provide to respond to requests, coordinate service, send appointment-related messages, and communicate about services. Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications depending on your mobile plan. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.

08Changes to these terms
